Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lumavita is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the Site.
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lumavitaskin.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of damaged products or packaging.
180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 180 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the product price.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 180 days of the original order date
- Products may be returned even if opened or partially used
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@lumavitaskin.com with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions via email. Returns without a Return Authorization Number may not be accepted
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. Please retain your tracking number as proof of shipment.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@lumavitaskin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumavitaskin.com. We process and ship orders quickly, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has already shipped, you may return it per our return policy above.
